This location is outstanding! The provider and staff were patient, caring, and genuinely attentive to both of my parents’ vision needs. They also went above and beyond to navigate the language barrier, ensuring my parents felt comfortable, understood, and well cared for throughout the entire visit. It is refreshing to finally find a healthcare facility that demonstrates the level of compassion, professionalism, and excellence that patients deserve. As a corporate employee of a major hospital system, I recognize quality care when I see it, and this experience exceeded my expectations. The phone number for this location does not work; it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with this office. When you call the number listed, the phone tree asks you to pick a location. Selection 9 for Windermere, but it doesn’t route to Windermere. Someone else answers and transfers you to Windermere, but no one answers. Short of going there in person, it’s impossible to get in touch. The wait is long, they schedule too many patients in the same day. My appointment was at 3:15pm, I saw the doctor at 4:25pm and left at 5 as they were closing for the day. At 4:15, I asked the front desk if they can ensure I’m next. The ophthalmologist rudely said everyone else was scheduled before me and that’s how scheduling works. There’s no need to be rude. I understand how scheduling works, but there should not be so many patients scheduled on top of each other. Absolutely unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the doctor and tech are nice. They deserve to work in a better clinic that has more support. Fix the phone tree!!!!! And be nice to your patients!!

The doctor and staff at the Maguire location were outstanding! Very efficient and kind and made sure I felt comfortable. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to scheduling confusion that took place weeks before I walked in the door on the day of my appointment. The Dr. & staff at this facility did everything they could to accommodate me. Thank you so much!

I wish there were separate stars for Front of House and back of house. Front of house is 5 stars, back of house is 2. If I can compare this clinic to a restaurant from my experience…. The front of house (everyone physically in this establishment) knows what’s up and is doing their best- that was plainly clear from my visit, but the back of house isn’t quite sure they have the recipe correct, or worse, they think they have the recipe correct, but either never got the revised ingredients from the Chef or the Chef forgot to communicate them or tell the purchaser to buy them. And maybe it’s not the chef’s fault- maybe the owner is playing golf and doesn’t even remember or care that they own a restaurant.

The doctors and staff are helpful and friendly, decent aray of frames and they accept Humana but there is no way to speak to anyone over the phone, which is a deal breaker for me. The phone system will be the reason this site folds. The new conglomerate that purchased this store should listen to complaints and change the phone system.
