I have an incredibly expensive pair of prescription sunglasses that the company will not fix. Tiffany got me right in and fixed my frame for FREE. I can’t even believe it. I will absolutely be back to purchase my next pair. That is unparalleled customer service!
My husband and I were there as new patients. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Dr Piche was awesome! His exam was thorough and he took time to answer all my questions. Trying on glasses and making our selections was fun as the office girls were willing to give their input!! Overall the experience was memorable and I will recommend their office to family and friends!! I’d give them a 10 if allowed 😊
This was my first time at this practice and the staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to work me in and get me an appointment quickly. There was not a long wait to see the doctor and the office was clean and everything seemed well organized. Dr. Ryan was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. I have been going to the eye doctor for the past 17 years for routine eye exams but this was my first time needing an eye exam and fitting for glasses. I had lots of questions and had no clue what glasses to pick but the staff was very kind and helped me to pick the right pair. It was also nice to stay local and not have to travel 30 minutes to a hour away to go to the doctor. Very impressed with this office, I will be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
My son and I to have our eye check up and Dr. Piche Is phenomenal. My son has CAS Which makes him shy to even yes, and no because of his speech. The doctor was patient and was able to figure out a way to get my sons eye exam done without any hiccups, whereas other doctors and pediatricians who do a basic eye check could not. I also informed him of past problems I had with my eyes and he did a very thorough exam for the price. I would highly recommend this eye care facility!
