Coates Vision Center

Very professional , nice, organized, and very reasonable. When other Lens Stores were rejected my insurance plan, Dr. Castes came to my rescue and accepted mine. It was a quick easy breezy exam and I picked out the glasses I wanted. She was super nice and understanding and very helpful. I would recommend this place to someone in need of somewhere to get an exam and accept their insurance. I am very satisfied.

I give this place 1 star because the secretary is so rude when you call she acts like she got a attitude. This place need to be updated foreal it's old fashioned hardly no glasses to choose from my family went there and she called for her glasses and she has not gotten them yet she went a few weeks ago aint like she getting something special on them I mean really this place by far is not a good place to get eyes done. Please go somewhere else pple.

My first time at Coates vision center the ladies there was so nice and very friendly and helpful, this is my new eye care facility, kudos to the wonderful ladies there you made forever feel welcome

If I could leave 0 stars I would because giving them 1 star is too many. Even the blind can see this place is no good. Pun intended. Please save your time, energy, effort and peace and choose another eye doctor. This one needs to be closed.

I had been a patient for over 25 years, the staff has always been unprofessional, the doctor had been nice on some occasions but not all. Recently I paid for my prescription to be in a pair of sunglasses I purchased, after a month I called for an update and got the worst customer service. After many attempts to get a simple update, the staff and the doctor hung up on me numerous of times. I had rude accusations made towards me over the phone and in person. I had to have a peace officer to come with me to the office just to get a simple update about when my glasses would be ready. The whole situation was uncalled for and unprofessional.
