I'm happy with this place. The doctor is very nice , kind , friendly and helpful .this is my second time going to my yearly eye exam. the lady who's working in customer service at the front if.im not mistaken her name is Rita she's very nice she talks to their patient with respect and also she's friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you for your service and don't worry about all these bad reviews it's hard to make people happy because, in the end, no one watches their attitude or anger problem that they can't control. respect bring respect and you will get treated how you treat others! I recommend this place to my family members friends and my coworkers.

We had an awesome experience at Cohen’s Optical! Doctor saw my daughter on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and helped me with all my concerns. Even in this crazy Covid time, I felt very safe there. The place was spotless and I saw one of the employees wiping all the surfaces that could be possibly touched with disinfecting wipes. The manager not only helped us with the frame, she also helped us to choose between different lenses based on our specific needs. Seems like everyone at Cohen’s Optical doing everything to make their clients happy. A week later we picked up the glasses and contacts, and got a few samples of eye drops. My daughter was instructed how to use contacts and tried them on few time with the help of of the employee, till she got comfortable. I also end up buying a sunglasses for myself, since they had a newest collection of designer frames and the price was great! Me and my daughter left smiling!

I called them a half hour before my appointment in regards to a few questions I had about contact lenses and after the receptionist having an attitude the entire time, she ended it with maybe you shouldn’t come in. Simply because I asked questions about my appointment and she didn’t want to be bothered. When I’m paying good money for an exam, fitting, lenses, etc I expect better service. The one in Bay Ridge is much better customer service. Don’t bother wasting your time to be told not to come because you ask two questions.

THE BEST! The manager, doctor and people working the counter are all personable and provided great service to their clients. You can tell that they know what they are doing from insurance questions to your eyeglass needs based on your lifestyle and occupation. I will be coming here from now on whenever I need a new prescription. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience at this location. All the staff were very helpful and kind and I was even able to get a promotion and get two pairs of glasses. Will definitely be back for my next pair and highly recommend if you need a pair of eyeglasses.
