came in with a visibility crisis (one of my screws popped out of my glasses, as well as a glass eye lens!) … Jeff and Val were SO incredibly kind, and able to quickly repair them for me. How refreshing to meet such lovely people!
I’m from Scotland and was visiting New York City when I realized I’d forgotten my glasses—panic mode! I had tickets for The Lion King and didn’t know what to do. I went to Cohen Optical, and they were incredible. Using my existing prescription, they managed to make me same-day glasses and even a good deal! The staff were absolutely lovely, went above and beyond, and truly made my trip. I can’t thank them enough!
Incredible experience; truly a local family owned vibe come to Cohen optical if you want to be taken care of. Val and Dr . Newmark are one of a kind !
Hands down the best little shop for all your visual needs. The staff are a little tight knit almost like family and I love the Dr here. I’ve been a client for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my contacts and eyeglasses. A++++
