I’ve bought glasses here many times, and other places in the neighborhood on occasion. The difference here is that the staff is like family. I went in for the first time in a couple years to get a quick adjustment before leaving town for a couple days..bc I fell on my glasses. Quick, easy friendly. For myself, and the other people who walked in while I was there, I know there’s that sense of gratitude to have this team in the neighborhood

I visited this location to purchase a pair of glasses following the completion of my eye exam. The doctor advised that I would need glasses specifically for computer use. Upon picking up my order, I informed the store manager/owner that I had seen the same frames available elsewhere at a lower price. In response, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, stating that “online does not pay her rent.” I found this response completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Furthermore, the entire reason for purchasing these glasses was for computer use, including anti-glare and blue light protection. However, after receiving my glasses, I realized that the prescription appears to be incorrect and the lenses do not include the anti-glare or blue light protection that I specifically requested and needed. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service I received and the quality/accuracy of my order.
Simple phone call for some information on their process for servicing clients. Do I need an appointment or walk in. Wade gave me such a hard time on the phone. I almost thought I was talking to AI. I kept being asked if I’m looking for the right place despite Wade repeating the business name and me stating yes. Very frustrating and triggering. Wade need to be retrained in customer service answering the phone correctly. Will not be going here.
Going to this particular Cohen has been a God Send for me. Each and every time I've walked into the building, whether for an exam, pick-up or to get my earpieces tightened, I was always welcomed and spoken to like family. I always leave there laughing.
