Coherent Eye Care

I showed up for an EYE EXAM to get a new pair of glasses and updated prescription and was told my appointment might be $200 extra "if the doctor determined I had 'dry eye' or anything else during the exam" (exact quote from the receptionist) and that it was completely up to the doctor whether I had that condition and the doctor would decide during the appointment what the cost would be, for services I didn't want or ask for. Total scam artist. The old doctor was great, the new doctor and office seem like crooks, avoid!

Sat for over 30 minutes while the red haired guy took care of a customer & the heavyset black woman in the back chatted with a "customer" & her 2 teens. & when I say chatted, they were playing. Lots of personal conversations, laughing, & looking at pics on each others' phones. They had already been chatting for about 20 minutes before that while we looked at glasses & she knew we were waiting, but then we had to wait for the red haired guy to be done because Chatty Cathy was super unprofessional! I wasn't even sure they were customers until AFTER we were seated ordering our glasses & she pulled out something to measure the girl's face. The merry little group were still at it until someone walked in & we were almost done, so they were a full 1.5 hours playing around... They only got 3 stars because the red haired guy was very nice & professional.

Eye Dr was ok. He took my insurance but the part to get glasses didn't..... If they would have told me that from the start I wouldn't have booked our appointments there. Had to cancel 4 appointments and make them at a different location

I brought my glasses into Vision Center for repair. I spoke with Bob and he was able to fix them in 5 min. He even realigned the glasses so they would be positioned correctly. Great customer service !

Worst doctors office. I have tried calling to schedule an appointment no less than 5 times, on different days and at different times all within their hours of operations, and am met with the same response. "The doctors office is closed at the moment"
