This office was a great place for years, but after their receptionist Esther left it went down hill fast. First the exams are done incorrectly and the prescription given for glasses is somehow completely different than contacts, so you can't even see with the glasses. After taking them back, they say "we'll send them to get fixed". To find out after calling for weeks to get the status, they inform you that the order was actually cancelled and have no idea about the refund you ask for. What the hell is that?

We have been customers for the past 2 years and the customer service has been great. Esther always is smiling and friendly. The doctor was very transparent and would take his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing the procedure to my 13 year old son. The new place they are in is really nice clean and upgraded. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
They had me scheduled for an appointment within a week, great new pair of glasses in two. The doctor took her time making sure I understood everything about my exam and making sure I was receiving the appropriate prescription. The ladies in both the front- and back-office were very kind and helpful. The fact they are open late on Wednesdays was a HUGE factor in my decision to go here, but I'm glad I did regardless. The aesthetic of the place is a little dated or worn out as others have said below, but I'm there to get my eyes checked and get some glasses, not enjoy the decor.
I arrived to the location as business hours say open until 5pm. Nobody answered the door or their phone. It’s taken over 6 months to get my sons glasses. Aside from the 1 star service when my toddler and I came to our first appt to order glasses. She was very inpatient with my child and wanted him to sit still and not touch anything. I am very unsatisfied with this place.
Absolutely awful. I was not offered different choices for contacts, but was given one brand. However, this wasn't the only issue. The staff are very impersonal, they just want to get everyone through quickly. My first two experiences getting glasses there were okay, but when I went back for a third pair (my other two had broken) they gave me a completely different prescription and claimed it was correct. It was not. It was way too strong and they lied, saying that glasses and contacts were supposed to have different prescriptions. Never going back. Thank goodness I found a better optometry.
