Best experience ever. Going to any Dr's can be scary or intimidating, but not here. You are greeted welcomed the moment you walk in. They explain every step as they go through it. Dr Eric Jones asks questions about how my eye care and leaves room for me to ask questions, and he answers them promptly. After the exam, you sit down with most wonderful person Tonya Jones, to go through you Insurance and are shown so many options as they have many available. I wasn't sure what style frames would fit my face and she took her time with me going through many options and we picked out THE PERFECT PAIR!! Im so excited to get them when they are ready. Frames take 2-3 weeks to get, but they adjust them to fit perfectly on your face while you are there. This is best place for all your eye care needs!!

Lost a screw in an existing pair of glasses purchased somewhere else. Stopped in here because I knew it was a spring screw needing professional service. No waiting, they immediately fixed it perfectly and cleaned the glasses. When I asked amount payment, they said none unless I'd LIKE to make a small donation to their children's fund but no pressure, just pay it forward. I love this so much. I will definitely be going back to them for my eye exam/glasses needs in the future. They are a shining example of a community business.

I showed up a day early for my appt, your personnel were kind enough to get me in as I drove from Mohave Valley and as luck would have it , there had been a cancellation. TY so much. Mary and Joan (I think) were very professional, courteous and worked together to get me prepped for Dr Jones. From calling to get appointment to my exam and order process I am so pleased with my change from 14 years elsewhere. The staff is pleasant and the selection of frames is abundant! I am happy I changed providers.

I had a 730AM appointment this morning. This TEAM is very professional, welcoming and always have a smile. Dr. Jones is great very chill and down to earth as was Shelby and Tanya. Thank you Tanya for going above and beyond to assist me in repairing my favorite pair of glasses. Oh yeah and for educating me on my frame size (50 or 51 not 56) lol This TEAM is BAM-TASTIC LRC
