I highly recommend this clinic. From the moment you enter and are greeted by the exceptional front desk team to the medical assistants and Dr. Schickner himself, the entire staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism, compassion, and understanding. During my time in Las Vegas, I consulted an Ophthalmologist for my annual eye examination, expressing concerns about progressively deteriorating vision. The diagnosis I received was dry eye, with a recommendation to use eye drops four to five times daily. Less than six months later, upon relocating to Bullhead City, I was referred to Dr. Schickner. He promptly diagnosed me with severe cataracts in both eyes. This news caused significant apprehension, as I feared losing my sight. Dr. Schickner advised surgical intervention, a recommendation I welcomed with a mix of relief, anticipation, and a degree of natural nervousness regarding eye surgery. Following the successful completion of the first eye surgery, I was thoroughly impressed by both the outcome and the exceptional care provided by the entire team. The subsequent surgery on my second eye yielded equally positive results, with consistent high-quality care and treatment. My vision has since improved significantly, surpassing its condition in many years. I now perceive colors accurately, free from the previous blurry, yellowish-brown distortion. I attribute this remarkable improvement entirely to Dr. Schickner and his dedicated staff. I am profoundly grateful for the restoration of my sight. This has enabled me to resume my profession as a driver, confidently and safely transporting passengers to their destinations. I am eternally indebted to you all.

Dr Glessman recognized my condition immediately where several eye care places couldn't. He gave me a prescription and the condition cleared up. It was a simple staff infection in my eye lashes. But yry to f8nd someone with his experience is hard. I trust Dr. Glessman and his staff.

I had another appointment with Scott A. Glesmann, MD at Western Medical Eye Center, and once again, they exceeded expectations. Even though the office is always packed and running at a high volume, the staff is consistently professional, kind, caring, and extremely efficient. Dr. Glesmann has a tough, no-nonsense approach — and that’s exactly what you want in a doctor. He is incredibly thorough and doesn’t miss a single detail. With probably 25 or more patients there, I waited no more than five minutes. That level of organization and precision speaks volumes about how well this practice is run. Truly top-tier care. Thank you to the entire team!

I was able to get an appt with Dr Glessman within 4 days of calling. I have seen an optometrist 3 times regarding watery eye. Of course it was dry eye but Dr Glessman is the first doctor to figure out why one eye is more problematic than the other and gave a regimen to combat my symptoms. I am so glad I went to see him!!!

I had one of the best experiences here, from assistance with check-in, to Seth doing a complete intake to the Ophthalmologist who checked my eyes. Next week I'll be back to see the optician to see if glasses are needed. They were very busy but I was seen within 10 minutes of my time & got in a timely manner. I recommend them highly!
