10/5 stars if I could. The hospitality is amazing! Ms. Daniela, and Ms. Cassie truly help you feel comfortable and welcome every time you step foot into the space! I was really nervous when I first came in, but the team made me feel welcome! The doctor I had is also amazing! She took the time to talk and explain everything kindly. Also, my contacts and glasses arrived within a couple days, despite having a heavy prescription. So another positive!
The Optometrist was absolutely wonderful, kind and very knowledge in explaining everything to me. Daniela checked me in and did the testing before I saw the Optometrist. I was nervous coming in because I have some issues with one of my eyes and currently see a specialist twice a year. Daniela made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. This appointment was for an eye exam and I have been getting my glasses here for three to four years. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you! I already have my appointment set up for next year and excited to get my new glasses in a week or two.
Loved the eye doctor. She actually took time to explain to me about how the diabetes affects my eyes and explain how Stigmatism affect your eyes. Sam and all the girls were awesome. Had no problems they called me. Let me know when my glasses. I would definitely come back.
The ladies in the front office are kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dr Nguyen was kind and understanding about my eyes and how hard it is for me to do the eye exam. This is the third year they have taken care of my eye exam and making my glasses. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Dr Nguyen.
