I have been here multiple times, the front desk is always quick to help and get me situated. The doctors are thorough and friendly making sure my understanding is met as I have multiple questions. I have switched to contacts after wearing glasses for a year and I wish I switched sooner. They have a wide selection of glasses and knowledgeable staff I recommend any of the locations they have

Prompt, professional warm care and she’s an expert in her field. The handouts were clear and informative and thorough. Her testing was smooth and thorough as well. She included me in all the decisions. And I understood her recommendations because they were very clear.
I found out that my son had his referral processed since April and nobody called me to schedule his appointment. I called three separate times and each time it seems like the employees hate doing their job or are ALL having a bad day, when asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative made a slick comment thinking I was on hold but heard what she said and then was transferred to a voicemail knowing that no supervisors are in until Tuesday.
Were able to accommodate me same day for a follow up eye injury. Very knowledgeable and kind staff with simple explanations. Would highly recommend Vancouver Eye Center.
I’ve never done this (a review ) but I feel Like I think others should know .my husband had this doctor months ago this was my first time with Mauricio R Chavez . I’ve never had a doctor so cold so inviting if I had not noticed the pamphlets on the wall I would not know anything about my visit not once did he tell me anything about what I came in for in he was in and out of my room in 13 mins . Every time I said something he cut me off and said well it’s common for your age to get this . Came home told my husband he said oh my gosh I had him before and yes he’s so cold he almost made me feel like he was in a different league them me . I could go on and on I came home with so many questions so I got on google to get them answered. This Gentleman might want to change his career because his manners were horrible I’m a retired woman and this is one experience I’ll never forget, Just a quick note the ladies at the front desk were amazing so kind . As always Sorry to have to leave a bad review but this man was horrible. I have to come back I’ll make sure I’m not seeing this doctor. Thank you a very hurt customer
