My wife needed new glasses and she was able to find some frames here that she liked. Michael was very helpful and professional. And a bonus - they were ready pickup sooner than expected.

A few years ago, I had a wonderful experience with Insight Eye Clinic! That is why, in late 2025, I returned to them to order a new pair of glasses. Unfortunately, my second experience turned out to be a disaster. Since the employee "forgot" about the warranty on my glasses, I would have had to pay full price for a new pair instead of simply having the old ones repaired—and this was despite the fact that only four months had passed since the purchase. Moreover, the person I spoke with over the phone was quite rude. Regrettably, I will have to look for another company with better customer service.

My original frame were no longer available at the clinic. I was informed that they no longer had a contract with the company. The assistant informed me that if I find the frame, they will help swap the lenses into the new frame. Today, Tuesday Jan 27th 2026 before 12 noon, I went to the clinic. The assistant was able to swap the original lenses to my new frame. At around 7pm, as I was cleaning the lenses, I noticed very visible scratches on both lenses that were not there before. The assistant was kind to help and I am thankful that there wasn't a charge but please be careful when placing lenses into frames. We do not have vision insurance and the lenses are not cheap. This is very upsetting.

Their technology is modern, pricing is affordable, and they’ve accepted different insurance plans I’ve had, which makes the whole experience easy. Everyone there is fantastic, but special shout out to Michael! He has an incredible ability to quickly pick up on your vibe and help you select the perfect frames that suit your personality. I bout a new set of glasses I bout a new set of glasses, and within 6 months one of the nose pieces fell out and gotten lost. I had a warranty on the glasses but was not honored! No parts are available. I can buy a new set of frames, but why would you if the parts are not available!? I sub jest you save the time and money on a frame that will not have parts falling off, and you can use the glasses. you cannot believe the runaround I had went thru. I'm out a lot of money but don't worry they will let me buy a discounted pair for $450.00 or more. NO, thank you!
