Visiting from out of town and I needed my glasses repaired before I could leave to go home. I walked in and they immediately took care of me so I could be on my way. Exceptional customer service and I recommend you give these folks an opportunity to help you with your optical needs.
I have used Columbus Optical for my last three prescriptions and Josh always does an excellent job on my glasses.They have to be drilled for the type frames I have. He don’t drag around he gets them ready asap and makes sure everything is a good fit and correct for me. I would recommend this Business to anyone in need of a good place to get new eyeglasses. Everyone there is very nice but I always ask for Josh because I am always pleased with my glasses when he does them.
What a great local find. Time for new glasses I went to another shop last year, a year too late. The service and employees are so great. No more waiting a week for my lenses again. Go to Columbus Optical and meet what true local customer service and quality are all about. They take many eye insurance plans and RX. Will now be my hometown optical shop.
I want to thank Josh and the staff at Columbus Optical for working with Will until the end to get a doctor here in Columbus to give him a correct eye exam so he could see properly out of his glasses. They worked with him for over 3 weeks and always treated him with a smile never seem to be too busy to work with their client's! Thank you!!!
We have used Columbus Optical for years and absolutely love their staff and service! Our kids go through glasses and are often needing new frames. Josh and the crew always work their magic to make sure we are taken care of and at the best prices! Today, they stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my son’s glasses were fixed and fit well and I couldn’t have been more grateful for their help! We will always recommend them for anyone with optical needs!!
