I had an incredible experience at Walmart Vision! The staff is wonderful, and Kerri and Stella deserve a special shoutout. Their energy is so kind and upbeat, and they’re always incredibly helpful. They take their time with me, never get irritated, and help me choose the perfect frames with so much patience. The whole process is quick, smooth, and stress-free. The doctor is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend their services!

My husband and I have been coming to the Walmart Vision Center for the past two years. This past Saturday, we had our eye exams next door and stopped in to look at glasses, but we had to leave for another appointment — and honestly, our favorite optician, Stella, wasn’t there! We came back today and immediately felt so happy when we saw Stella was working. As soon as she saw us, she greeted us by name and was genuinely excited to see us. It honestly amazed us because we haven’t been in since 2024, and she still remembered our names! Stella finished helping the customer she was with and then gave us her full attention. She is such a kind, happy, and lovely person to be around. She took her time helping us choose our glasses while also assisting other customers and answering the phone — all at the same time. She was the only one there and handled everything efficiently and professionally without ever seeming overwhelmed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly makes the experience enjoyable. We love Stella and will continue coming to the Walmart Vision Center just for her. She is a gem!

Stella and Kerrie are the best workers in the vision center. They have a great customer service attitude. They deserve a rise. Keep the good work up ladies.

This is one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen. Stella and Kerri are genuinely concerned and patient. They walk you through what your insurance covers and so forth to be sure you get everything you need. You never feel rushed by them or as if you are a bother.

Great experience at the Vision Center of store 495. Stella is so knowledgeable and kind. She was great at informing me of my options and helping me choose and order new glasses. Stella is wonderful at providing excellent customer service.
