From my first appointment to my last follow up everyone was so very pleasant and happy to see me. Everyone was so polite and friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to come into the office and surgery center. I will recommend everyone that asks for a referral to your office. Thank all of you for your wonderful support and service.
Dr Luong is a great eye doctor — very thorough and professional with excellent bedside manners. He always greets you with excitement and makes you feel welcome when he walks into the room. He takes the time to explain any eye issues in great detail so you fully understand what’s going on. He also makes sure you have samples if you’re running low on your contacts or eye care supplies. I highly recommend him!
Complete Eye Care Dr Luong is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that actually made sense which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed and all my concerns and questions were answered thoroughly The contact lens portion of the appointment was smooth and super efficient and the team made sure i left feeling confident and comfortable with my prescription The office itself was clean and organized and well rin which just added to the overall positive experience. It is not always easy to find a practice that combines professionalism with a warm personal touch but they absolutely nailed it. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that truly goes above and beyond
I had a great experience at Complete Eye Care. Dr. Greuloch was extremely professional, took his time with me, truly listened, and addressed all of my concerns. He never made me feel rushed, and his thorough approach ultimately led to fixing all of the issues I came in with. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to give special recognition to Brittany, who handled scheduling. She took excellent care of me—very pleasant to talk to, personable, polite, and genuinely caring. She went the extra mile to make sure my scheduling was handled perfectly, which made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for professional, attentive, and compassionate eye care.
