Shirley Salinas is excellent. I had an issue with lenses that required them to be remade, and Shirley moved heaven and earth to get my glasses back to me very quickly. After a less than stellar experience at competitor Clarkson Eyecare, our family decided to try out Erker's Eyewear, in Clayton. We had a great experience! You definitely pay a premium for both the quality of the staff and the location, but it is worth it. Dr. Daniel Ethakoti was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner, and Sandy in the glasses section was great as well. The interior is spacious and modern. We will be back!

My sister traveled out of state for Erker's exceptional customer service. I joined her. Cheryl was awesome. Personal service in choosing frames to flatter your face.
