I’ve had a terrible experience with complete care in general. This is the first time that my children had to come to complete care. First, I had an appointment with Mason McCall for march 23. I canceled that over the phone. I made an appointment for Mason McCall and Kalia McCall for march 24 at the vineland complete care. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me that the person who I was on the phone with did not submit the appointment but I had the confirmation and did early check-in the night before. So they changed my appointment for tomorrow is what they said. At the millville location. I showed up today, March 25 for my suppose appointment. Just to find out that the appointment was set up for March 26 the following day. I was done told to wait to see if there was a doctor available within two hours. I got the appointment set up for both Mason and Kalia. The nurse did the check up for both. The doctor came in and only wanted to see Kalia told me that Her schedule was full and she was really busy and she couldn’t see Mason as well to come the following day on his appointment time. This was a issue because I had to facilitate a vehicle for transportation to get to and from the appointment. I went downstairs and asked one of the ladies to see if there was another doctor available because and so I told them what she told me. They were able to see that somebody canceled Mason‘s appointment and they were able to schedule me in with the same doctor. I went back to the waiting room got called for Mason. She apologize and said sorry. I guess you were able to get squeezed in. I would also like to know that she was very short and quick and was trying to be in and out. I had lots of concerns for my children as they have not been seen at a doctor for possibly over a year due to the fact of father being neglectful and not allowing them to go to doctors appointments and I have a active domestic violence case I just would like things to be more accessible in the future, and I would like for the doctor to be told to slow down and communicate with the family in order to get the parents concerns taken care of, and I would hope for the future that we don’t have this complication moving forward.

I had my appointment today and the provider A Comanzo was very nice, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Seeing a new provider can be scary , giving all your information and story to them can be very difficult but this provider was so nice and supportive. I would really recommend this provider to anyone.

I love Dr. Noone. He’s got such a friendly demeanor and really helps me understand what’s going on and how I can fix it. He provides me with plausible options for my situation. 10 out of 10. I would recommend him to anyone having trouble with their feet!

Although the doctors may be good, the hygienist is a zero. Anyone who needs their teeth cleaned must understand how important it is to know that this hygienist does not use a tooth scaler to dig out the necessary plaque that is in between your teeth This is a vital tool that should be used on every single patient I have begged on every single six month appointment for her to use this tool to scrape off the plaque, but she only uses the water pick, electric toothbrush and dental floss and that was it. When I pushed to have her use the tooth scaler, she finally put it in her hand and within three seconds, went inside of my mouth and just grazed over a couple of teeth and said see there you go. I left this dentist office because of this reason. when I went to Quality care dentistry on Main Street and S. Chestnut Ave. in Vineland, New Jersey, the hygienist there did one of the most thorough cleanings that every single patient should experience The hygienist at Eastern dental on S. Chestnut Ave. also does an excellent thorough cleaning, but the hygienist at Complete Care on Sherman Avenue has never ever used the tooth scaler on my teeth and I have complained not only to the front desk, but to every single dentist that has examined my teeth while I was there. I want every single patient to be aware of this because it is your teeth and the health of your teeth that is being compromised if you do not, and are not aware of the fact that your teeth are not being properly cleaned. Our saliva brings on plaque naturally, so you will always have plaque. Do not allow the hygienist at complete care To ever Tell you that your teeth aren’t bad enough to have a tooth scalerused on you.

I've been going to Complete Care for a number of years now and have always been treated like a valued member of a wonderful family. My current doctor is Sharon Brown and I absolutely adore her. I highly recommend anyone to the Complete Care family.
