2nd time for retinal lazer surgery. 2 different doctors and i am verycomfortable with the staff and the doctors. now they are a part of Wills eye care team, i am more confident in there work.
Been coming to this place for about three years. A lot of the technicians here are solid. They’re patient, explain what they’re doing, and actually take the time to calm you down if you’re nervous. That matters, and they’ve helped save my vision. That said, I had a real problem on Monday, January 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m. While being walked back by a technician, I overheard Brittany, who from my understanding is a desk manager, mutter racially offensive language about a coworker under her breath. That’s not okay anywhere, especially not in a medical office. I also moved my care away from Dr. Connors. More than once, I’ve heard him insult or make fun of patients, and you can hear it clearly through the thin walls. Completely unprofessional. Other doctors here are nothing like that. There are good people working here who genuinely care and do their jobs right, but stuff like this affects trust, and professionalism should be the bare minimum in a healthcare setting.
Dr Daniel Connors is a very skilled and knowledgeable physician and has a wonderful bedside manner. He put me at ease during both laser surgeries I needed. I highly recommend Dr Connors for your retina needs.
