Dr O'Neill is absolutely incredible. Her ability to connect and care for her patients is amazing. She truly cares and takes the time to ask the questions, really listen, and go's the extra mile to ensure everything is done and all concerns are addressed. She doesn't just do a quick eye exam and go on her way, she digs deeper to determine if there is something underlying going on. Dr O'Neill does the extra tests, takes the extra time, and does everything she can to help better her patients. (Even when things should be the responsibility of your other providers.) She is also funny and personable, I really look forward to seeing her smiling face! I am so lucky and fortunate that the VA sent me to her. Thank you, Dr O'Neill, for everything!

I had my first appointment at Comprehensive EyeCare in Centerville and was extremely impressed with the care I received. Dr. Cassandra Fox Lozoraitis was incredibly thorough, but what really stood out to me was the amount of time she spent helping me understand my eye health. She showed me the images of my eyes and explained what I was looking at, the different parts of the eye, and how everything related to my family history. I have never had an eye doctor take the time to explain things to me like that or look at my family history and overall eye health so thoroughly. The assistant who did my glaucoma testing and the initial testing for my glasses was also great. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful, even helping me think of things I might want to ask the doctor. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I never felt rushed, I learned a lot, and I left feeling much more informed and confident about my eye health and the care I am receiving. I am very glad I chose Comprehensive EyeCare and Dr. Fox Lozoraitis. Definitely a five star experience!

The staff were very friendly. Dr Lozoraitis was so personable. She was honest about whether I needed glasses or not. She listened to all my concerns and helped weed out what I could do. Will definitely return.

Amazing office from the front desk to Dr O'Neill. They got me in for a same day appt as a new patient! And helped relieve my anxiety and pain. Dr O'Neill is very caring and thorough. I will stay with them after a horrible experience with Settlers Walk Eye.

Doctors are good but will not be back since I got charged for an exam I was told by the office staff five times prior to the exam it was covered by insurance which it wasn’t and almost had my account go to collections because of it.
