Concourse Rehab

My husband is a vent and trach patient on the 7th floor of the Concourse Rehabilitation Nursing Center. He is being care for by an amazing team of respiratory therapist who are knowledgeable and skilled in respiratory care but who also ensure my husband's airways are kept clear and clean. I am thankful for the quick and efficient response to all of my husbands respiratory needs. I use to worry about my husband and the lack of quality care he received at other facilities but now I can feel secure knowing my husband has a team of respiratory therapists who go above and beyond for their patients. God bless all of the amazing men and women who administer quality respiratory care to my husband and all those on the 7th floor.

Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted warmly and received exceptional care. The staff demonstrated outstanding helpfulness, and we had the pleasure of meeting other team members, including the nurse attending to my sister-in-law, who was not only pleasant but also highly knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the professionalism and care exhibited by the staff towards my sister-in-law. The facility itself was pleasant and meticulously clean, with functioning elevators and an overall atmosphere of cleanliness throughout the building. Thank you so much.

My mother went to CRNC for short term rehab. She has never participated in many outside group activities. Upon settling in she was heavily involved which made this transition easier for her as well as myself. The team was always quick to respond to me when I had a concern, or just making inquiries regarding her care. My mother was happy to come back home to her family but was sad to leave behind all the clinical team members that worked with her.

The place is clean. The employees are very accommodating. The visitor of whom I went to see, spoke very highly of the place and the care he has received for the time he has been a patient there . I also, see the results for myself. My friend looks great. I will recommend 👌 this place to anyone who is interested in being a patient there

This is my first time visiting at Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center, so far the facility is very clean from the front door all the way to my love one's room. The employees there seems to be friendly, doing their jobs and my love looked stable. I can not tell you anything else further because like I said this was my 1st visit.
