SO HAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS!! Seriously, the staff is friendly and the doctor is incredibly thorough and caring about his patients. I was in and out in about thirty minutes with a full eye exam, a free pair of monthly contacts to wear out that day, another pair of contacts for the next month, two boxes of solutions, AND an option for another month of contacts OR a pair of prescription glasses all for $99!!!!!!! I went with the contacts since my glasses were still fine. So that’s THREE pairs of contacts(1 pair last 1 month), an exam and two bottles of solution for only $99!! What an amazing place. I am so thankful to have found not only a team who cares about your health but also your income. Thank you!!! ♥️

Won’t be back! I recommend not going at all unless you have time to keep calling everyday multiple times to see if your glasses have came in! Don’t worry they won’t answer the phone! Which we never received our glasses or contacts that they were gonna give us samples of. Did not care for the workers the ladies seem so scattered and acted like it was their first day. The doctor couldn’t even say hi or nothing sitting there eatting fried chicken and could smell it on him it was very disgusting! The doctor couldn’t even tell my sister what was wrong with her eye he had to tell the lady worker and she told her. How unprofessional was that!? Even had his back turned to us!! And what eye doctor uses glasses off of a shelf that everyone else tries on!? Not to mention I was told it was $120 for glasses, exam and contacts turns out it was $180 for that. The ladies upfront had no idea what was going on I’m not sure how they have business I would love to know. Save your money and time and DO NOT go to this place!!! Very disappointed!
Wanted to give this office a try considering I don’t have insurance. As soon as I stepped in the door I was immediately overwhelmed at how chaotic the lady’s were at the front desk. I could never get through over the phone. Was told that it would take a month for frames to come in and that I could receive my contacts sooner than the frames. Finally got a hold of them once for them to tell me the contacts still haven’t arrived in the time I was told they would be. Time came for our frames to come in never heard from them. Really don’t fell like I can trust the prescription from the doctor either if I’m being honest. The last time I was there another customer had came in and both of them behind the desk just stood there conversating for what seemed like several minutes before they even acknowledged the lady which I thought was absolutely rude. I’ve been a couple of times and both times they were chaotic. The first time I was there they tried to play it off of the full moon but sadly seems like a pattern. The first time I was there they overcharged a different customer and did not realize their mistake until customer spoke up.
Scheduled a visit today at 3:10. When I got there the lady at the front greeted me and was friendly. She began to help me with paperwork. After a little bit another girl shows up. I could hear the two of them bickering and the one who had just walked in wasn't very nice to the lady who helped me already. This is the first time and last time I'll ever go in there. I was embarrassed for the woman who first greeted me. Even my 8 year old was pointing out the behavior.
I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks on my contacts and have yet to hear from them. I also call and call and they don’t have their phones on. I don’t live close by and don’t want to drive all the way across town if my contacts aren’t there but seems that’s what I’m going to have to do. The staff is friendly and the doctor is great, I just wish they’d turn their phones on so they could be contacted. Or at least them call me and give me an update or let me know my contacts were ready. Something.
