Was told by staff that it would take 10 to 15 minutes at the beginning of my appointment for paperwork...picked up the paperwork a day before my appointment and had everything ready for the next morning . Arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic conditions and was told I had to reschedule , although I already had my paperwork filled out...Im also a disabled veteran on oxygen ...thanks Judy

I called in to set up an appointment and was hung up on i called back and repeatedly kept getting hung up on. Rude.
