I had my first visit here and it went so well. Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for close to twenty years and have seen many doctors in various states and cities and Dr. Dean stood well above the rest. First of all, he knows what he is doing. He’s friendly and pleasant. He was helpful when I had an issue. The staff was equally pleasant, helpful and friendly. The office was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to find an eye doctor. I’m here to stay.

H Rubin has a very friendly and personable staff. From the miniute you walk until checking out. Dr. Dean is very throrough and always listens and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. It is always a pleasant and very professional experience. Sheri McDowell

Use them about four years ago everyone very nice very helpful. Call to set up an eye exam last of June for July appt and first thing was about my insurance and I’m just trying to find out if they could take me in and when can get appointment. Then part of way through the conversation back again about the insurance. Lady was not very nice. I told her that didn’t matter. I just wanna set the appointment if I had to pay for it or with the insurance. Go into appointment that was set and their Internet‘s down and they cannot run my Medicare card. Lady was very rude about the whole situation so I left. I run a business for 45 years. I’d fire my staff person if they acted as as this person did. Too bad one bad Apple can ruin it for a business.

Dr. Dean and his staff are always a pleasure! They all were very warm, welcoming, and patient with my 7 year old's first eye exam. I recommend them to anyone.

All of the staff were very engaging and helpful. They were open and willing to listen to my feelings on previous experiences in different centers. Kathleen and Cathy were very helpful in making sure my measurements were done correctly and they triple checked “measure twice, cut once” attitude. I would recommend friends and family to use H Rubin. Dr. Dean was helpful open and thorough. I felt like I was being taken care of.
