The doctor was very nice and informative! The front desk clerk was not so good. I arrived for my appt and she told me to take a seat and she would be right with me. 1/2 hour later I went back to the desk and was not checked in yet; it took her 15 minutes more to complete the check in. She was definitely dismissive and rude. However due to the Dr. I will return.

My first time visiting the office and my experience was great. The staff was friendly throughout the entire visit. The eye exam was thorough and not rushed. Dr. Buentello was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I truly appreciate the friendliness and care I received. I will be returning and I highly recommend.

very thorough examination by the doctor. He was really nice and very knowledgeable explains everything in detail my appointment was at 1:30 and i got out at 2:30, even tho the office was busy I still managed to complete my appointment. Definitely recommend this location on Eastlake 5 stars

While most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, the receptionist always seems to have an upset or bothered demeanor about herself when interacting with patients. However, when seen conversing with teammates, appears to be more welcoming. This eludes a patient to feel as though to her, we are a bother which is disappointing. Also, they enforce a no food allowed when entering, but staff was seen eating in their desk. Respected professionals should display the same type of behavior they request from the patients.
