I payed for eye exam and a year of contacts l. I had issues with my contacts they were defective so it took 2 months to get the new ones. A mouth later I opened a new pack and the color was off. They did the refund for the contacts but they didn't want to refund the visoncn check. When all this mess was created by them. They still gave attitude because I asked for all my money back. They denied to do that refund, been wearing contacts for over 35 years and I never had issues. Be careful 🧐

We don’t recommend coming to this place! We only chose this place because it was covered by our insurance, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Right away, the front desk staff were loudly discussing a previous patient in a negative way, which felt unprofessional. During my exam, the assistant did not clearly explain the process and seemed visibly annoyed when I asked questions. The doctor was kind and professional, which I appreciated, but by that point I was already feeling uneasy. My husband had a similar experience—while the doctor was good, the assistant was rough when positioning him for eye scans. It was also his first time trying contact lenses, and instead of hands-on guidance (despite paying a fee for training), he was only given a video to watch. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism made it difficult to feel comfortable.

Five stars for the team at Envision Optics - East! I always have an excellent experience here. Dr. Marie Fermil is absolutely awesome and provides top-tier care. A special shout-out to Sarahi as well, who is consistently professional and super helpful every time I visit. It’s rare to find such a reliable and friendly team for eye care—highly recommend!

The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Fermil was thorough and answered my questions. Her professionalism is greatly appreciated.
