Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for the experience we had today with Dr. Pina and the staff. My son has autism and everyone was very friendly and understanding. They did great with him and he was able to get the care he needed with so much dignity and respect.

Technician amanelat and Jessica was great quick and very nice with my lil ones. Doctor Dr A was quick and efficient was great quick and gentle. Been here many times but this time I had both of my kids getting their eye exams and they were super quick and efficient we totally recommend this to any clients plus they have a specialty eye clinic in there for children with certain medical conditions and they help a lot with that as well they're good with kids with autism and ADHD so yes I will be continuing coming back

Our family has been coming to Drishti Kidz for about five years (we started at the west location), and we are very grateful for the care they provide. My child has autism and was almost non-verbal when we first came in, yet the team showed incredible patience and still found a way to properly evaluate and diagnose him. That meant a lot to us. Dr. Tibrewal has been my son’s eye doctor for years. She is patient, professional, and clearly cares deeply about the children she treats. Recently Dr. Acosta has also begun helping with my son’s care, and both doctors have been wonderful. The entire staff is respectful, welcoming, and very helpful. We have visited both the east and west locations and have had great experiences at each. Because they provide such compassionate and specialized care for children—especially those who need extra patience—the office can get busy and wait times may sometimes be 1–3 hours. For our family, the level of care our child receives makes the wait completely worth it. Thank you to front desk Emily, Technician Laisha, Scribe Melaniet Stephanie, and of course Dr. T and Dr. A.

We went on 4/3 and Sarah, Judith, Melanie and Dr. Acosta were so nice. The front desk was efficient, the technician was knowledgeable, the scribe was attentive and the doctor was cool. Highly recommend them for child eye care.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was a repeat of the same issue I experienced the first time—appointments here do not begin anywhere near the scheduled time. I ended up waiting so long that the entire appointment lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes, only to spend about 5 minutes with the doctor. It’s not an issue that the exam itself was brief, but waiting that long for so little makes absolutely no sense. Having this happen twice in a row shows this is not just a one-time problem, but an ongoing issue with scheduling and time management. Patients book appointments with the expectation that their time will be respected, not wasted sitting in a waiting room. If this clinic values its patients, it needs to fix how appointments are handled. Respect for patients’ time is just as important as the care itself.
