I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff from the minute I walked in! Super friendly and informative and was very happy with my visit! I was nervous for a first time visit, but was made comfortable and guided through each exam and clearly informed what to expect! Super professional service!
Both Gabby and Dr Koplos were extremely attentive and charismatic to all of my concerns. They were willing to take their time to answer all of my questions and that was very refreshing. From the array of tests ran to fitting me with the most comfortable contacts. I really appreciate the professionalism here at every appointment.
This is such a great place, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. So nice, thorough exam, never once felt rushed, the doctor was so easy to talk to and gave me so much information. Love this place recommending to absolutely everyone i know.
I had a great experience at my eye appointment with Dr. Ellis he was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. David was also very helpful by explaining my insurance coverage and helping me choose the right glasses. He made the whole process easy and stress free. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.
I had a great experience getting my eye exam! Everyone was so helpful, and the facility was well kept! I appreciate that they disinfected the equipment in front of me. The only downside is that their frames were very expensive. I ordered a pair, but the VA just told me to bring my prescription to them to fill. Thankfully, University Vision Centre was able to cancel my order because they hadn't started making the order. Other than that, if the VA sends me back here for future eye exams, I will gladly return!
