This is the first time I use this optical for my glasses needs and the last. I got my glasses done and I was never able to use them because of a discrepancy between the bifocal line. It was April 2025 when i got them with 1 yr warranty And 4 first months to make an exchange . I call 3 weeks after I got them to let them know I was not able to see thru them right and they told me to wait longer for my sight to adapt to the new glasses then I wait another 3 weeks without any result concerning the adaptation to this new glasses. I kept calling numerus times and receiving the same response and they never mentioned about the fact that keeping me waiting so long to re-do the glasses the 4 month initial period wont be validated anymore. They wanted to charge extra to redo the glasses. Not fair they kept me giving me the round around

This place is a bunch of BS if you don't want your glasses they will keep the deposit and what ever else you put in on it. So in other words we're screwed because they keep the money and they don't explain why and they say that they are sorry! Sorry for who? For the customers who WILL NOT GET THERE MONEY BACK WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!! so if I where you, STAY AWAY FROM HERE.....

They have awesome customer service at first and then charge you 5 times more for upgrades. When you have a problem they refuse to help and point out where you signed that they are not held responsible. They take advantage of older people and straight out lie to your face. Don’t waste your time here. They work in the same building but claim they are a different business than Dr. Di Pasquale’s office. They get paid from insurance and then charge you double out of pocket. I had paid more than $200 payment plus $300 insurance and never got my glasses because I couldn’t afford to pay off the balance. When I finally got the money they said I took too long to pay. I never got my glasses or a refund. They kept the glasses and got paid by insurance and kept my $200 cash deposit. That’s theft in my book!!!
