As of today, I am unable to leave a star rating, but to inable me to post it requires 1 star. I am a previous customer and with no prior complaints, I arrived at 2:27 PM to get a quote for lenses for my Meta glasses using my insurance. When I arrived, I was asked if I needed help, whether I was picking up a pair, or if I had an appointment. I explained that I am already in the system and simply needed a quote for lenses through my insurance. Since then, I was passed over multiple times while waiting for assistance. One employee informed me that she does not handle that type of request, yet I could hear her asking other customers very similar questions. It was not until 3:20 PM that I finally received help from the manager. During that time, I had been passed over five times while waiting. As a returning customer, I would have appreciated clearer communication or even a simple follow-up question about what I needed. A brief explanation or directing me to the right person would have gone a long way.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Called in around 12pm and got a same day appt. Went into my appointment and was greeted by the friendliest staff. Got my exam done, was helped by Janie and she was the best. She helped me with my insurance and was so sweet. I was in and out within an hour and a half an and left with glasses! Love this place. Don’t wait weeks for appointments and glasses come in here! Thank you Janie for the awesome service

Walking in, I was instantly greeted and assisted by Alberto, who made me feel very welcome. After my vision exam, Chris was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with finding the best glasses for me. Both provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend them! Thank you, Alberto and Chris, for your great service!

I went to two different store and spend lots of money they never got it right was still spending money to get the right glasses. I called 3 different places make appointment for same day. Stanton Optical made appointment for me same day. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took care of me very well. And now I have the best glasses. I love it. Thank you very much. You deserve a raise. Thank you

First and foremost I need to thank everyone for being so patient with my daughter. The machine went down and the wait time was a while, more than 3 hours, but the all gave us grace and did their very hardest to get everything situated and solved as quickly as they could. There was a lot of people so the wait would have been fairly long either way. But I just have to say two women really made the wait worth while. Valentina and Janie. They were so very respectful, kind, patient funny and most of all understanding with my little one. She was given a coloring book to pass the time a little smoother. They talked with us and didn’t mind that she wanted to play. Valentina made the sure exam was correct, and she made me laugh the entire time. Janie was efficient, kind, and made us all feel comfortable even with the wait. They answered all of our questions and helped me choose the best options for me and my life style. I will definitely come back and make sure these two women are working every time I come! ❤️
