Easy to call and get an appointment, they text forms to fill out ahead of time at home, staff was vety friendly, atmosphere was clean, nice and relaxing, waited for about 3 minutes in lobby, tests done quickly with full explanation of each, Dr was fantastic with a beautiful personality that makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She gave full explanations and wasnt in a rush. Had an amazing experience here and will definitely come back here again next year!

Service was great. No problems at all with the staff in the front desk or eyeglasses. Didnt had to wait long. They tell you what your insurance doesnt cover and you can either accept or not..simple. Awesome experience.

I have been coming here since I was 16, and now I am 26. I truly love this office. The doctor is the best. I have tried going elsewhere, but my vision with my glasses is never as clear as it is when I get my prescription here. I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pholvichitr for over 4 years now (my husband for 20 plus years), and we absolutely love him and his office! Every visit is a great experience: the staff is welcoming, and the whole place just has a positive, comfortable vibe. Our most recent exam was fantastic. It never felt rushed, and Dr. Pholvichitr was, as always, so patient, understanding, and genuinely funny. He somehow managed to see me, my husband, and our daughter in just 34 minutes, without cutting corners or making us feel like we were on a time crunch. We’re so grateful to have found an eye doctor we trust and enjoy seeing year after year!
