Michelle made my eye exam a great experience! She was kind, patient, and very professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Wow! No waiting to be seen, never had this kind of service! Michelle did a great job, very thorough. She explained exactly what each machine was for. Also had pictures taken from inside the eye, to check my overall eye health. Dr Banich was very nice and explained what she could see from my pictures. A very pleasant experience. Michelle was absolutely amazing! I just had my vision checked for contacts and eyeglasses, and she made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Mrs. Michelle. Her attention and care were outstanding. She was dedicated, professional, and very kind throughout my appointment. She assisted me with my annual eye exam and contact lens prescription, and the entire experience was excellent. Very professional and highly recommended!
