Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dr on the other hand was very rude and unhelpful. I got my surgery done at with another surgeon and needed a revision (which I had told staff to begin with) when I told the doctor he stopped what he was doing and said he was unable to help me since I didn’t get the surgery with him and needed to go with my original dr. I understand that part but why not tell me that at the beginning of the appointment, before wasting 3 hours and $200+? He put his hands up and said all he can do was give me drops…

Staff is very helpful and polite. Check-in was very easy. The doctor was informative and thorough. Discussed issues that I might have that need to be taken care of soon. The technician was very nice. Explained everything that he was doing. I would recommend for anybody who has Opthamology needs. It’s nice that they have a prescription eyeglass store inside of the office. I enjoyed my visit. As a patient with long time, Opthamology problems I was very comfortable speaking with everyone I had contact with. Come in and see them they’ll help you.

I had an excellent experience. The eye exam was quick, easy, and efficient. The gentleman who conducted the exam was very professional and thoroughly explained the entire process. The young lady who assisted me in selecting my glasses—unfortunately, I didn’t get her name—was incredibly kind, patient, and helped me find the best price possible. They offer a huge selection of beautiful eyeglasses. The moment I saw my frames, I knew they were exactly what I wanted. My silver Cartier frames are absolutely amazing. Thank you to the entire team! Adjusting to wearing glasses later in life hasn’t been easy, but these beautiful frames have made the transition so much easier and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, exceptional customer service, and wonderful selection of eyewear.
