I took my 80-year-old father to this clinic because he had very high blood pressure and needed his blood pressure medication. We paid for the visit at the front desk, but the care was very disappointing. We were placed in an exam room and waited for about 15 minutes without anyone even checking his blood pressure. My father finally had to say, “At least check my blood pressure,” because no one had come to evaluate him. After waiting, we were told they could not provide the medication he needed. Since my father’s condition could not wait any longer, we decided to leave and go to the Emergency Department. About 30 minutes later, they called us to say they actually could provide the medication, but by then we were already being treated in the emergency room. We lost valuable time because of poor communication and delays. When someone has severely high blood pressure, every minute matters. I hope they improve their communication and patient care so other families do not have the same experience.

After being treated by Dr. Osei in the Women's Heath department for many years, whom I held in high regard, I was unsure about seeing another provider sine he is no longer there. I'm pleased to report that I have found a new provider that I trust in MW Morenike J. She and her PA student Lynette V. and MA Jasmin C. were attentive, calming, thorough in questioning and explaining, gentle, caring, all around pleasant. I highly recommend. This is my first review after years at Cornerstone so I need to also express my appreciation of dentists Burke and White whom are top notch. This summer I used the Urgent Care for the first time and unfortunately don't recall the names of the providers but it was an all around positive experience. I normally see Candace C. at another location and she is as wonderful as Kareen T. was in Highland Falls. I'm very grateful for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. Thank you for treating our community with love and compassion.

Beware!!! Don't let the staff here fool you into thinking they care because they don't! All they want is to send their patients to intake and turn them over to the state. Will not allow patients with mental health problems to see a psychiatrist and won't despense "medically needed" medication. Discussing way to treat people who just want to get back to feeling normal again and move on with their lives!!!

If I could give no stars that’s what they deserve this place sucks tremendously. The females if that’s what you call those people behind the desk are awful. No customer service training on the phone or in person. Every time I’ve gone here they sit behind the desk talking about their disgusting sex life and dating problems while you wait to be seen. On the phone they are rude and useless. The amount of times I received a print out of my next appt with details and showed up only to hear the appt is cancelled or is for something else is absurd. Do not recommend dealing with this establishment. We’d be better off if robots took over the front and we only needed to see the staffing in the back cause front desk at this dental office definitely gives newburg.

I give this place 4 stars in overall. If I could give a 5 star it would go to nurse Jen in urgent care she definitely goes way and beyond for her patients especially children’s. She makes the parents feel relaxed and calm. She does her job very well. I went in today because my son was sick. I didn’t really get an answer of why my son is sick or what he has. Beside that it was ok but my main nurse to go to if you have kids or anything wrong with you is nurse Jen in urgent care.
