I’ve been going to this office for almost 8 years now and it has been excellent every single time. Dr Western is simply the best, he truly cares for his patients! My exams are always done in a timely manner and wearing contacts has never been more comfortable. All front office staff and assistants are also kind and help you promptly.
Office is warm and inviting. Dr. Western was friendly and explained things really well. They also had a great selection of frames and I got top quality assistance when picking them out. So glad I was able to find this provider so close to home.
Dr. Western is amazing! So patient and kind. He was so great with my 9y/o (who is difficult at Doctors offices) explained everything, the girls that work in the office were also very patient with my kids! Best experience at the eye doctor.
What an awesome experience today! I was warmly greeted the minute I arrived. The facility was immaculate and I appreciated their hygiene procedure (everyone washed their hands before their appointment). The equipment, technology and staff was very impressive. My appointment was with Dr. Jeffrey Western. He is absolutely fantastic! He took his time explaining and answering questions throughout my entire appointment; very knowledgeable and professional! His personality is very pleasant, personable, and caring as well. I look forward to receiving my glasses in a few weeks, confident I have found my new eye care team.👍
