Staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful. Doctors are thorough and made sure I was seeing better before I left. The doctor that saw my son was kind and great with kids. I love that this place lets you text to schedule appointments, order contacts or glasses, and to remind you to make appointments. We drive 30 minutes to be seen here because the experience is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
Everyone was so nice and professional since the time I made my phone call to the time I left. The technicians were training someone new and we’re being very patient with her. They were very thorough in their explanations of what I exams they were giving me and what they meant. When I met the doctor he was very polite and actually shook my hand which I was very surprised about. I don’t think any doctor has ever done that. He shook my hand again before he handed me over to the lady handling my payment and processing. She also kindly tightened up another pair of glasses I needed while my glasses were being repaired. The establishment is beautiful. The decorations are just gorgeous. Everything from top to bottom was professional I highly recommend it!
Dr. Hulet is fantastic. He's very knowledgeable in his field and how to best manage care. The staff is great to work with as well. I highly recommend him for your eye care.
Update!! IT'S STILL A 5 STAR PLACE TO GO!!! This place is truly state-of-the-art! I’ve never been to an eye doctor where the testing was so quick and done with such advanced equipment. Dr. Hulet was incredibly kind, funny, and took his time, and explained everything clearly. Such a great experience from start to finish.
For many years myself and family have used Family Focused Eye Care. From reception all the way through picking up glasses or contacts they have been phenomenal. Everytime I've come in I've been treated like family and they are just great people. Even the back office staff is great and have really helped out everytime. I even requested prescription lenses for my military issue inserts and they did not even blink. It was done. Even though I had heard it was difficult to get those done. They have my business.
