Dr Wilson and his staff were great. The wait wasn’t long, everyone was friendly and nice. Dr Wilson was up front and informative about my issues. He gave me the different solutions to decide on and whatever time I needed to decide.

Jen Glasure is the best! She was recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint. Jen is such a delight and very knowledgeable. I left with all my questions answered, and a game-plan for anything I needed for my conditions moving forward.
Dr Burgette and everyone who works with him is seriously the best! Always communicative and Dr Burgette is so personable and kind. 10/10 would recommend this office to friends/family.
I am happy with Granger Medical and will use Dr DePew as my doctor. I am 83 and my doctor of 30 years retired. Dr. Depew was very helpful in continuing the same meds and treatment as I have been Using. At my age change is not easy. I appreciate his concern. Thanks
I've been a patient with Granger for years and watched the experience decline year over year. This place is a meat grinder. They want you in and out, and the front desk's attitude is "how can we talk to you the least amount possible?" You never feel like you're getting personalized attention, rather you're kind of putting them out dealing with you. Then there's the billing. My wife went in for a simple few-minute visit and got charged a high-complexity code, hundreds and hundreds of dollars. After I called and emailed, they admitted the clinic "made a coding mistake" and lowered it. But that's every single visit: something routine goes in, a moderately-high to high-complexity bill comes out. It really feels like they're skimming off the top. They market themselves as physician-owned, just your local doctors. Maybe so, but it's run like any other corporate clinic. Even the patient portal is a mess: 30 minutes trying to log in, and the required verification texts and reset emails never arrive. Didn't receive great medical care, great patient care, or a great experience, during or after visits. Recommend staying away. To Granger Medical who seems to respond to these negative reviews with "internal reviews": I'm seeing many mentions of indifferent front desk staff. If the internal reviews are happening, why does the same issue resurface consistently?
