I shop here regularly and have noticed what I feel is a lack of professionalism from some employees. In addition, some staff members wear very tight-fitting clothing that I believe is not appropriate for a workplace setting. As a customer, I would appreciate a more professional atmosphere with a greater focus on customer service. I hope management reviews workplace standards and employee conduct to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for all customers.

usually have no issue here. went in and some young male was working the self check out. I asked him if he could scan my items with his hand held since they took them away from self checkout. my items were all heavy. he ran into me. didn't apologize, then when I said that was rude, he gave me hella attitude. he then left without scanning anything, saying "youre welcome" super condescendingly??? I had like 3 items total.
Love shopping here! The selection is fantastic and I always find great deals on bulk items. Plus, the food court is a perfect treat after a long shopping trip!
I had an unpleasant experience at the Costco food court on Saturday around 2:30 p.m. with an employee named Adam. I arrived later than I had expected to pick up my food order, and I understand that may have caused an inconvenience and I apologize for being late. However, when I asked for my order, Adam loudly said, “you’re late oh, we don’t like people that are late,” in a condescending tone and in front of other customers and employees While I take responsibility for arriving late, there is no reason for an employee to publicly embarrass or belittle a customer. Professionalism and respect should be maintained, even when a customer has made a mistake. I hope Costco addresses this with additional customer service training, as this interaction did not reflect the level of courtesy I’ve come to expect from Costco.
