Dr. VanEenenaam the in house optometrist and his staff are wonderful. My wife and I have been treated by them for 2 years now and always feel we are getting the best care. They are very professional, thorough, courteous and very easy to communicate with. Highest recommendation.
On 2/9/26 I made an appointment at this location. Immediately wrote the appointment in my calendar. Showed up today and they did not have my appointment listed. The woman at the front desk was downright rude. Telling me I must have called a different Costco. I am neither senile nor stupid . I know which location I called as I used my old receipt ( from this location). Clearly, the gentleman that took my call failed to enter it properly in their system. Have some accountability and some professionalism. Apologize. Don’t treat your customers like garbage.
Wonderful experience. Eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend them. Lynne is extraordinary.
Terrible customer service. I went to get contact lenses, and they got them wrong I can’t even read my phone and the woman working there treated me very badly. I do not recommend this place.
Was in town from Ohio visiting my Grandma and going on a cruise. When I realized I had forgotten my contacts, I thought I was out of luck. However, this office was able to squeeze me in and help me get my issue resolved. Dr. VanEenenaam was so kind, quick, and helpful. Makes me wish I lived around here so that I could switch eye care providers! highly recommend.
