Costco Optical 1766

This Costco is very clean, uncluttered and seems to be well stocked. The parking lot is very large with an uncrowded feel. I have found the personnel to be friendly and helpful. It is always fun to shop at Costco as one never knows exactly what will appear on the shelves or in the freezer section. Prices are very reasonable. I am happy with our membership and glad that we do not have to travel to Kyle. This New Braunfels store is easy in and easy out, and a quick jump on I35.

Nice clean warehouse they had almost everything we were looking for except the chomp jalapeño beef sticks they had all the other flavors but no jalapeño. They also didn't have milk in the store.

So glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Selma! Lots of people signing up for new memberships. Store was clean and had the familiar layout. I heard people complain the store is crowded but I went on Friday and it was not as busy as Selma is on this day. More area at the checkout allowed the lines to run faster. Gas station has good layout with large center lanes and signage showing available pumps. Some cart return areas are steep and have cart speed bumps. Saw a cart blow out into the drive aisle almost hit a parked car. Lots of staff and lots of tasty samples. Between the penne pasta, breakfast sliders, sparkling soda, and yogurt, we almost skipped the food court but you can’t beat the price especially with a whole family to feed. The hot dogs now come with bottled water and the y’all there’s chicken strips!

Yesterday I visited Costco in New Braunfels and accidentally left my purchases in my cart when i was leaving.Thankfully,the associates were incredibly kind and help me recover my items.Thank you so much for your excellent customer service,honesty and Kindness!.😃

Wonderful store! Nice grand opening, friendly staff, busy but still able to get around. They got giant bears too!
