My Story—a retired Music Teacher from Texas, was on my first Alaskan Cruise with my Husband when I realized I just threw away my only contact lens. I panicked, how am I going to manage a ten day sightseeing vacation without being able to SEE??!!! I called my Optometrist in Texas, she emailed me my Eye RX-and I began calling optical clinics in hopes SOMEHOW, SOMEONE could provide me a lens. After 5 calls, I reached Jessica at COSTCO Optical, she SAVED MY TRIP!!! Told me not to worry, just come on in and she would take care of me!!! It was like she was a GIFT FROM GOD. When I arrived I was so distraught, fighting time, traveling in my expensive UBER, trying to make sure I was back at Port for my very expensive Excursion. I cannot say enough about her CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU JESSICA AND COSTCO JUNEAU FOR SAVING MY TRIP. Vhess from Dallas Tx.

Slow service. Never answers calls. I check with admin and they say they're there, but still no answer. Paint dries faster than the service provided here. It's not worth the savings to buy in-person and you are better off just ordering online.

Gabrielle and Dr. Vernon are fantastic! They are both always so warm and friendly when my family and I visit, and I see the same with their interactions with other patients while we're there. I've been going there for a few years now and the service is consistently above and beyond. Hours are very convenient, too. Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings, I love Costco but it’s been a hit or miss when it comes to their customer service and getting ahold of them. 🤷‍♀️

I've been helped by two different employees at this vision center and both were incredibly helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to help out me out! I really appreciated them :)
