Great selection. The assistance to help pick out glasses could have been better. I bought 2 pair. I told them that I played pickleball and they recommended polarized sun glasses. I believed them. Come to find out, polarized glasses don't track the ball very well. I also think they could have spent a little more time fitting them correctly vs me going back several times for it.

For the third time in a row, I have had Costco Optical Shop employees use the ploy that there was something wrong with my eyeglass frames so much so that they cannot honor my request to replace my lenses with a new prescription. The third time, and this is with different frames at different shop locations, was at this Costco in Mesa last week. The gentleman said that the frames were worn on the edges which would prevent them from putting in new lenses. The ploy is this; they are telling customers this lie so they can sell you a new frame. The frame that I brought in is in brand new condition. I wear contacts 95 percent of the time. I use my glasses occasionally for long trips where I will be driving at night, and to watch tv or read at night. There is no wear and tear on the frame. No scratches or nicks. Nothing. They just want to increase their frame sells. Have you had this situation with the optical shops in the Costco Warehouses you have shopped at? I love Costco, but this deceptive practice is sad and dishonest. You can do better Costco!
Every time I go there and I get Calyssa, she makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. She is condescending. Made me cry once after bashing on how my glasses are too big and even called another staff member to make fun of me. Has an attitude and no empathy at all. This has been my experience with her for over a year now, and I will avoid going to this place if she's working there. Everyone else is kind there and has provided a great experience.
It is a wonderful place, featuring an exceptional team that provides service characterized by respect and high professionalism. I would also like to single out Mr. (Cade) for special praise for his excellent demeanor and courteous interaction with customers.thank you so much 🌹
Much too busy, they do not fully explain, also I have costco membership but my 16 yr old daughter has the contacts and they refuse to let her order unless I am with her.
