DO NOT GO HERE!!! Treated horribly by optical staff. Argued with me when I said I couldn’t not see clearly after the new prescription. I then paid for a whole new exam because the 90 day guarantee was up. When the second time around they gave me the run around for 90 days because the Dr. I saw was just filling in. Couldn’t get a new appt. Couldn’t get a follow up appt. Could not do walk in appt. Could not see another Dr. didn’t have my prescription of contact in stock for trials. Couldn’t not give me a trials close to my prescription to see how they felt in my eyes before ordering a whole box out of my own pocket of course. Horrible experience. If I could give -stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been going here for a few years now. The optometrist is nice and does a thorough job. The glasses selection is a little limited but I always find what I need for a great price. My glasses got twisted up once because they were sat on and the person behind the counter was able to readjust them back like they were new. Very pleased.

Unfortunately this location is so busy the staff meant to help customers with their glasses, fitting, ordering, replacing, etc. have become inured to all those waiting for assistance. I witnessed and experienced multiple staff members apparently having something better to do than customer service. It took 10 minutes on Sunday to finally catch a staff member's eye so I could ask how I could get in line (there is a tablet to sign in on, not a physical queue) before they turned away to continue addressing administrative duties mine being a clearly unwelcome interruption. Giving up I returned the next day, signed up for the queue, received a text from which I was advised I would have a 15-20 minute wait... and left a half hour later having not reached the top of the queue and seeing no change in the 15-20 minute estimated wait per the wait-list app. I should have heeded the resigned look on others faces and recognized the futility of quickly dropping off my glasses to be exchanged. Thank goodness I have had much better experience at other Costco optical departments or I would no longer be a customer.

Read reviews please, I’m not the only one that has said something. I love when businesses today do not value your time and do not respect the fact that you have other appointments for the rest of the day. It’s as if you took time off work just to sit and wait for them 🤗 not everyone is retired keep that in mind. Doctor was nice and it was simple and quick exam.

Hate this place. Cheap, fast, run of the mill. They want you in and out as fast as possible. Does not do a thorough job like other eye drs. Don’t recommend.
