Jesus is the best in optical? I really appreciate him! He was patient. He was informative as far as what would work best for me, Patient and kind considering I’m looking for Glasses and I was unsure! He really made my day! I just really appreciate him…. it was it was just a blessing to meet someone who gave great customer service who wasn’t in the rush and was had empathy for my concerns… Jesus, you’re the best know that you are appreciated. Wish the best in your future career!

Terrible experience. I called ahead and was told walk-ins were accepted outside lunchtime. I arrived at 12:00 PM, and the front desk (young lady) receptionist told me to wait outside and that she would come get me. She never did. I waited, checked back politely, and she acted annoyed as if I was bothering her. No form, no clear update, no courtesy. I waited until around 1:15 PM, only to be told there were no cancellations and I probably could not be seen. The front desk service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This kind of receptionist makes customers leave and costs the business money. I would not recommend this optometry office at all.

Great service! I brought in two pairs of glasses with missing screws, and Omar went above and beyond to fix them and make them sturdy again. He also adjusted the frames to fit perfectly. Really appreciate his help—Omar is amazing!

Jazmin is the best Costco employee in the West LA optical center and the entire store in my opinion. Always upbeat and offering a helping hand. A true treasure.

They have a terrible service. First, I went there to have a pair of glasses done, one for distance and another for computer. They made them with the wrong measures and the people working at the optical didn't even check them, so I had to go to the optometrist again to verify if the glasses were accurate. The second time the computer one was finally accurate, the other needed adjustment. I had to go for a third time, finally with the proper measures, and placed the order. I waited two weeks for them to tell me the package was lost, and it would take an additional 2-4 days. One week later I didn't hear from them. I called them once again and told them I've been waiting more than three weeks for my glasses, but according to them it's not ready because they are "slowly" working on it. Professionally disgusting.
