Costco Optical

Wow, I’ve been to this Costco optical center in Pacoima twice now and have been prescribed contact lenses both times, but honestly, neither pair fits right; I can’t see clearly up close or far away. The doctor there told me my eyes just needed to adjust. I paid almost $200, and I really regret going there. I’d like to know if I can get a refund so I can go somewhere else where they can actually help with my vision. I’m truly upset; right now, my eyes hurt from wearing those contacts—they’re completely useless, and I think my vision is actually worse when I wear them

It's Sunday afternoon, peak Costco shopping time and of course they only have two people at the optical department - there are two counters plus six stations - 8 slots. Look at this long line of poor folks waiting... The staff are actually great just not enough if them. Someday I hope Costco management will actually prioritize customers.

Thank you to Paul & Walter for being absolutely awesome! Paul was patient with me when choosing sunglasses & walked me through the entire purchasing process. At the time of pick-up Walter took the time to straighten out my previous broken glasses and replaced the nose pads. Appreciate the excellent, friendly service and attention to detail.

horrible. it was very rushed and i felt like it wasnt a proper eye exam. the glasses they gave me barely do anything. im upset and would never return here again.

Terrible. I had my sight checked and the doctor gave me one prescription wich was very strong. I came back for a second check up and it was stronger in one eye and lower in the other one. I still don't feel the glasses are appropriate for my needs and they put the expiration date of the guarantee a month before!!!!!! And i still had a month left of guarantee. Bad service and dishonest doctor. Im not coming back there.
