Great service, the first guy that helped me (I think his name was Brandon) was very kind, helped me with what I needed and gave me suggestions on what glasses would fit my face best (something no one has done previously and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 10 - now 32) When I went to pick them up they had them ready and adjusted them right away. I love the new glasses and they suit me so well not to mention I only paid $57 compared to the $200 other vision places were going to charge. Never buying glasses anywhere else now. Also Dustin if you see this and you’re single , Hey 😌👌🏾

I like the options and help they provide when choosing. They need to be more informative about the different types of lenses they have for prescription glasses like I had to ask in order to find out. Also there should be a separate line for order that have already been paid for and you just want to pick up instead you have to wait in line with everybody else. Even when its few people in line it takes around 30 minutes to get help.

Good doctor, awful doctor counter service. I called 4.5 hours ago to request my prescription to be emailed to me. "Okay, we'll send that over." Nothing for 4 hours, so I called back. "Hi, I requested my prescription to be sent to me earlier." "Okay, I'll send it to you in a couple minutes." It's been 40 minutes since then and still nothing! Wasting my day off with these people. The place I want to buy my glasses from closes in less than 20 minutes. I hope their manager reads this.

I had a very pleasant experience with each employee that I came into contact with. Even had a good laugh with the doctor.

I have only been here for purchasing contact and so this rating has nothing to do with eye exams or opticians at this location. On all three occasions, I have been lucky to be helped by Brandon. He is very friendly, patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I've needed. I would rate his service higher than 5 stars if I could.
