Costco this is on you...the employees at the Optometry Center (inside Costco at the Cobot location) are a joke. They are beyond RUDE!!! Instead of welcoming the customers, they ignore them. Why, you ask? Because they are busy chit chatting with each other. They ALL look miserable & too bothered to be helping people. Nobody there is interested in selling glasses. What's with the indifferent attitude and unfriendly tone? BAD customer service is such an easy fix. You hire capable managers, who can hire good employees. Do better Costco, if you care about your customers!!!

I love the prices on glasses! Also no appointment needed, most of the time. I just called and the doc said to come on in. It was quick and easy! It does take about a week or so to get your new prescription glasses back, but once you do it's great! They make sure the glasses fit and the prescription works. The doc here is also a very sweet lady. Prices are great for the examination! Moved my optometrist to Costco, and I have to say that it was well worth it! I am even going to try some contacts!

The girl who answers the phone, Malisa,, is rude beyond measure! I have VSP Insurance and she kept telling me I don’t with such bad attitude I had to call VSP and found out there was not any issues and provided the authorization number. I called her back to explain and she said she does not need me to tell her how to do her job!! I said I will put a complaint through Costco for her rudeness and attitude, she told me to go ahead as she does not work for Costco!unbelievable service Dr. Lydia Daoud!

Dr. Daoud was fine and the 2 stars is not on her. Called the office and scheduled an appt one hour later. Got there and they told me she was running 20-25 minutes late. 45 minutes later I finally went back in and asked why they didn't call me. Still running behind. How do you get 45 minutes behind since I just made the appt an hour earlier? Office staff needs to get organized.
