I stopped by to ask if they could fix my sunglasses, and Lynn was incredibly helpful and kind. She patiently went through all the boxes to find the right size for both sides of the frame. I really admire her patience and attention to detail. She didn’t rush and made sure everything fit perfectly. Great customer service!

Horrible experience. I'll never forget getting my lenses here and having to come back at least 3 times due to the prescription not being correct and each time was more frustrating than the previous visit of course. The glasses should've been properly from the beginning and by the time I came back the 3rd time to tell them I'm still having issues with my prescription and that I'd like to get a full refund because I've already have to make multiple trips to this location and I'm 30 minutes away. Including the fact they still haven't gotten the prescription correct, they said it was too late from the date I bought the glasses to refund me. This is ridiculous. I ended up just leaving, very unhappy and having lost upwards of $300 since i bought two frames there, and both prescriptions were incorrect and making it hard to see, as well as making me feel sick when using them. They ran my insurance as well.DO NOT COME HERE. They have horrible customer service and won't refund you for their mistakes or your time. I will never forget this experience. I will now be donating these two pairs of glasses to someone else who needs them. That does not change the fact I'm not rich and this place will take your money like it's nothing and treat you horribly when you come in person multiple times to get their mistakes fixed.
Great spot with wide selection. Some premium brands like Ray-Bans are available. It can get busy depending on the time of day you visit. They accept most major insurance. You DO NEED a Costco membership to access the optical department.
I always get so nervous about how bad my eyes have gotten each time I go in for my eye check-ups, but this doctor was very kind, positive, and patient as I tried to put the contacts in my very sensitive eyes. He went over what was healthy about my eyes (I typically hear from optometrists about all the things they want to keep a close eye on so that I keep coming back), as well as what to watch out for that people with my prescription are prone to. Great office!
On Tuesday, June 25th, my glasses fell apart at the hinges for the first time, and I did not know what to do. Fortunately, I remembered that I had a Costco membership, so I drove to the closest one. I am glad I met Fernando, who was working at the time. If anyone needs help with their glasses, just ask for Fernando; he will help you with your glasses or sunglasses.
