Avoid if you value your time. My appointments always run 30+ minutes late. I had to return because my contact lens prescription wasn't right, and the doctor acted annoyed that I came back for a follow-up. Sorry for wanting to see clearly? Terrible bedside manner and zero respect for the patient's schedule.

Optometrist gave incorrect prescription. New prescription given was significantly weaker than my 7-year-old (expired) prescription, even though my vision has degraded since last test. The next day I requested a retest which was granted by management. Optometrist visibly annoyed upon seeing me again and became increasingly hostile as vision test progressed, acting condescending, nasty, and just downright mean. At conclusion, she stated that the new test had been a waste of time because new results were identical to yesterday's test. After departure, I compared the two and observed that the new prescription was markedly stronger than yesterday's test, suggesting either gross incompetence or lying. Either way, she should not be in a position of public trust. Notwithstanding the overcrowded waiting room, general feeling of hysteria and confusion in the facility, and the aforementioned rudeness of the optometrist, I will never go there again.
The place was packed and seats to wait were full with standing room only. They were trying to push people through as fast as possible to the point where things weren’t sanitized. I felt like the doctor was annoyed working with me. Worst experience. I don’t even trust the prescription I got. Going to a REAL optometrist and never looking back. I expected better of Costco.
Our family has had multiple interactions with Lucas at the optical counter over the last year. Lucas is friendly, patient and very meticulous. He is a professional at his craft and obviously cares about the customer experience. Costco is so fortunate to have this guy on their team. Thank for going up an above Lucas!
The optometrist is jam packed and overbooked with patients and they just crank them out fast. The Dr speaks in a rushed manner so you can't understand him. My prescription was mostly done by a computerized machine rather than my input of which lenses helped me see better. I ordered sample contacts and they never called or texted to tell me when they came in. Since I was unhappy with the prescription anyway, (the glasses I got did not fully address my vision problems) I asked for a refund for the contacts. They said they would call me back to do that and of course they never have. Absolutely do not recommend going here.
