The optometrist was nasty and rude and a very angry lady , her receptionist was the same, just a little bit less rude. I am never going back to this business, not sure why Costco is allowing this business under their umbrella.

Had a wonderful experience at this newer location. I’ve been going to the Livermore Costco Optometrist for many years, but this location is closer to me. They were able to get me a same day appointment, the receptionist was SO lovely and kind. The optometrist thoroughly examined and explained all the questions I had (which were a lot because I have a strong prescription and have been having issues with my vision). Overall they were incredibly friendly, pleasant and my experience was great!
